So I didn't get out to shoot any pictures today until late in the afternoon. Amazingly, I can always find things to shoot in my own backyard, literally.

The Big Storm

So Pat and I decided to go out driving around this evening during the big storm. Why? I guess we are regressing in our common sense as we get older..... Anyway, I got some fun, rainy, blurry photos and we didn't get blown away in a funnel cloud so all in all it was a win win situation!

Gotta love the Merry Go Round. This one was at the Zoo when we went to see the Zoolights. I'm not sure if this little girl is enjoying her ride or not...

We finally made it out to Zoolights tonight. As always the light display was awesome!

It's Christmas!

I saw these ornaments hanging in the windows of a little coffee shop near work one day recently and thought they were quietly festive. I like the subtle approach.
